Empower College Prep (ECP) offers a values-based, tuition-free education to K-12 students on a secure, protected campus centrally located in Phoenix. The 7 buildings on our 5 acres right off the Black Canyon Freeway were designed with safety in mind.
A Secure Campus

Students feel safe attending ECP. Our campus was constructed to provide an optimal learning environment while still protecting them.
- Windows allow in natural light while improving security by adding the safety feature of mirror tint, obstructing the view into classrooms.
- Buildings are positioned to create a welcoming, secure environment.
- Green space is situated between buildings to provide a protective perimeter and reduce noise from the nearby highway.

Student Safety is #1
A School Resource Office is on-site every day beginning early in the morning to not just patrol the area, but to educate our students about personal safety. He interacts with them daily one-to-one and in the classroom, teaching them with grade-appropriate curricula.
Student safety includes providing emotional support which ECP’s Social Services team offers through small group learning during the school day.

To ensure security at home ECP provides supportive services to our students’ families including:

- clothing and uniforms including shoes
- personal care products
