Sports + Clubs
By working together and finding a sponsor, students at Empower College Prep High School can form most clubs they envision. Some examples of teams and clubs that already exist or are in the works are: Championship soccer team, basketball, volleyball, flag football, cheer, video game, cooking, and many more.

Innovation + Entrepreneurship
Scholars explore pathways in computer science and programming to learn technical skills and collaboratively begin solving tomorrow’s problems today.
Future crime scene investigators begin honing their skills today in our Forensic Science class.
During their Junior or Senior Year, each student has the opportunity to take part in a semester-long internship at a business in Phoenix.
Dual Enrollment Courses
Starting sophomore year, scholars attend university classes at Empower College Prep, earning college credit through our dual enrollment program with Grand Canyon University.
Advanced Placement Courses
Through advanced placement courses in a variety of subjects from Economics to Biology and Calculus scholars can earn college credits.
Annual University Trips
Scholars tour universities and take a trip to our nation’s capital where they meet U.S. Congressmen and tour top-rated universities in Washington, D.C.
Our curriculum was designed in partnership with Stanford University and Meta to provide students with college preparatory instruction on a personalized learning platform.
Sports + Athletics
Our Varsity soccer teams are perennial powerhouses, competing for a state championship each year.
Our Girls’ Volleyball team competed in the Charter Athletic Association playoffs last year and hope to win a championship in the future.
The ECP Wolves basketball teams are seeking top talent to compete for championships in upcoming years.
Scholars can participate in a weightlifting class throughout the week.
Arts + Music
The ukulele band performs at school and local events, featuring popular songs like Rip Tide and I’m Yours.
Scholars can learn to write and perform their own music in our Music Composition class.
Drama + Improv
Young performers get training in our improv class and perform in the school’s Pakis Playhouse Blackbox Theatre.
Partners Dance Class
Scholars learn East Coast Swing, Salsa, and other partner dances in our Partner Dance Class.
Piano + Guitar
Scholars can learn a new instrument, or become more proficient in one they already play. Most students begin with piano or guitar, but other instruments are available as well.
Our choir and rock band mix contemporary and classical songs for music-lovers in our high school.
The digital skills and rich opportunities that come from photography are highlighted in our photography class.
Drawing + Painting
Scholars draw and paint, and critique famous works, in our Art classes.
