Ajanae Davis is an Empower College Prep graduate and first generation college student. She was recruited to South Mountain Community College to play soccer and will major in biology and minor in liberal arts, and then go through the physical therapy program at NAU. Her dream is to open up her own facility centered around kids with disabilities.
“My favorite moments at Empower would probably be the moment with the soccer team. My teammates have become my second family. They have taught me so much, whether it’s about skills in soccer or in life. The biggest lesson I will take from Empower is that I am valuable and I was put on this earth for a purpose. And maybe that’s not curing cancer, but in some way, I will change my world.”
