At ECP, 90% of graduates go to colleges and universities earning more than $2 million in scholarships and aid.
Since 2012, our scholars have scored in the top 3% of all Arizona schools. We’ve helped send first-generation college students to universities throughout the state and country at a rate 20% higher than the state and national average.
Scholars connect with peers from other Empower micro-schools through live, remote lessons led by the most proficient teachers in the country. Learning guides lead scholars to internalize our core values and build a safe, thriving community that grows and explores together.

During middle and high school, scholars visit each major Arizona university and universities throughout the Southwest. They explore various careers through Career Trips and by completing an internship during their junior or senior year.

Empower Scholarships
Empower College Prep awards a $1,000 scholarship to each graduating senior who maintains a 3.0 GPA and completes an internship. Scholars can apply this scholarship to one of the school’s three senior trips or to the college they attend.

We believe each scholar is created for a unique purpose and will be most fulfilled as they find this unique path. We also believe the best preparation is to lay a solid foundation in one of the following areas of great need for our community and country. Our career pathways are:
